I ultimately ended up in a better, decent deal on a new car lease and feeling okay with the current situation.

I might consider doing business with them again for the following upsides: larger inventory than others in the area, more conveniently located, very friendly staff and super welcoming environment, awesome tech specialists to help me learn my new car, finance guy was pretty fun, managers allowed me to correct some mistakes, good service department (so far). And really want to be able to give the dealership 5-stars next time around. I have had a mediocre, mixed experience with Kuni so far.
